| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 9, 2019, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 16, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before August 5, 2019, the appellant shall remove material that was stricken by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 9, 2019, from the copies of the appellant's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court and file a replacement digital copy of the appellant's brief which does not contain the stricken material, or serve and file a replacement appellant's brief, in both hard copy format and digital format in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[c][1]), which does not contain the stricken material.
