Motion by Sylvia Bruzzese on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 25, 2018, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated August 23, 2018, to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), to extend the time to perfect the appeals and to consolidate the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time to perfect the appeals is extended until August 7, 2019.
