Application by Renuka Haider, as administrator of the estate of Mohammed Haroon Haider, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Mohammed Haroon Haider, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 4, 2018, to amend the caption accordingly, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Renuka Haider, as administrator of the estate of Mohammed Haroon Haider, is substituted for the deceased appellant Mohammed Haroon Haider, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until September 23, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
