Application by Stuart B. Kotler, as executor of the estate of Gail Maidman, to be substituted for the deceased respondent-appellant Gail Maidman, on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated March 27, 2015, to amend the caption accordingly, and to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Stuart B. Kotler, as executor of the estate of Gail Maidman, is substituted for the deceased respondent-appellant Gail Maidman, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
