Motion by the appellant City of Yonkers Zoning Board of Appeals, separate motion by the appellants FC Yonkers Associates, LLC, Forest City Ratner Companies, LLC, and Forest City Ratner Companies, and separate motion by the appellant Lowe's Home Centers, LLC, to extend the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 10, 2018, and a judgment of the same court dated April 5, 2019, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the judgment dated July 10, 2018, are granted, and the appellants' time to perfect those appeals is extended until August 23, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the judgment dated April 5, 2019, are denied as premature; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
