| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the nonparty-respondent-appellant to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 27, 2017, and to enlarge the record to include certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the nonparty-respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the nonparty-respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until July 29, 2019, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
