Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 3, 2017, and an order of the same court dated May 3, 2016, on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal from the order on the ground that the appeal from the order has been rendered academic is granted and the appeal is dismissed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal from the judgment on the ground that the appeal from the judgment has been rendered academic is denied as unnecessary as the appeal from the judgment has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
