DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 21, 2017, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 24, 2019, for poor person relief, and to waive the motion filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 8022[b]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
