Motion by the respondent to strike the appellant's brief on appeals from two amended judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, both rendered January 25, 2018, in effect, on the ground that it refers to matter dehors the records.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before September 9, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief.
