Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 10, 2019, following a trial, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2019, which granted poor person relief and assigned counsel.
