Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 7, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until August 26, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
