The People, etc., respondent,

v Foster Thompson, appellant.

(Ind. No. 378/92)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated October 12, 2017, February 8, 2019, and April 12, 2019, respectively. By order to show cause dated May 28, 2019, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the orders are not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).

DILLON, J.P., AUSTIN, LEVENTHAL and DUFFY, JJ., concur.
