Motion by appellant to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 8, 2016, for the assignment of new counsel, and to strike the brief submitted by assigned counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until September 24, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
