| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims, dated June 7, 2018, and to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until August 26, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
