Motion by the appellants to stay the sale, transfer, or encumbrance of any interest in the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 27, 2018, and a judgment of the same court entered March 28, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the sale, transfer, or encumbrance of any interest in the subject premises, located at 84-62 127th Street, Kew Gardens, New York 11415, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
