DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents, in effect, for leave to correct their brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 5, 2018. Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the respondents' motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the respondents' motion is granted and on or before August 30, 2019, the respondents shall make the corrections described in the letter of Robert F. Van der Waag dated March 5, 2019, to the copies of the respondents' brief filed with the Clerk of this Court, and file a digital copy of the corrected brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied.
