Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 17, 2018, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 26, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered July 17, 2018, is granted, and the appellants' time to perfect that appeal is extended until August 30, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
