Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated November 14, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is stricken, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before August 30, 2019, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until October 4, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
