DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents Yury Rotshetyn, Sergey A. Losyev, and Global Podiatry, P.C., to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 26, 2018, as untimely taken. Separate motion by the respondents Kevin T. Jules and Trepal & Jules, DPM, P.C., inter alia, to dismiss the appeal as untimely taken.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the respondents Yury Rotshetyn, Sergey A. Losyev, and Global Podiatry, P.C., and the branch of the motion by Kevin T. Jules and Trepal & Jules, DPM, P.C., which are to dismiss the appeal as untimely taken are granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Kevin T. Jules and Trepal & Jules, DPM, P.C., is otherwise denied as academic.
