Respondent-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered April 23, 2018, and to consolidate the appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeals is granted on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before August 13, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
