Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered April 9, 2019, and April 26, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the notices of appeal dated April 16, 2019, and May 2, 2019, shall be treated as valid as to the orders of Family Court entered April 9, 2019, and April 26, 2019,

and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Lynne M. Blank, Esq., 1791 Plank Road, Webster, New York 14580, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Jefferson County, provide Lynne M. Blank, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and

It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Family Court, Jefferson County, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7), and

It is further ORDERED that the records and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Jefferson County Family Court Clerk's Office.
