Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 5, 2016, and October 7, 2016, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated November 21, 2016, and an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 4, 2016, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2017, to hold the respondent in contempt for failure to comply with a decision and order of this Court dated June 18, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
