| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 8, 2015, to include the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion for "reassignment of counsel," and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied as unnecessary and on or before September 3, 2019, the respondent shall cause the subject motion papers to be filed with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until September 3, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
