It is Ordered that said application, pursuant to CPLR § 5704(b), is granted to the extent of vacating the stay of the enforcement of the warrant of eviction, contained in the Order to Show Cause returnable on August 13, 2019 and striking the Order to Show Cause from the Civil Court calendar. The warrant of eviction may be executed after personal service of a copy of this order upon respondent Patricia A. Biagioni, 3238 Tierney Place, Bronx, New York 10465 as well as service upon respondent's counsel Trudy McKenzie, Esq., Caiola & McKenzie, P.C., 4200 White Plains Road, Bronx, New York 10456, and filing proof thereof with the Clerk of the Civil Court.
