Renewed motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 23, 2018, to "deny[] and dismiss[]" a certain amended domestic relations order, and, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion to stay enforcement of stated portions of the judgment, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 17, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
