DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to expand the record on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Port Jervis, Orange County, rendered September 6, 2017, to include transcripts of the City Court proceedings held on November 16, 2016, December 14, 2016, January 25, 2017, April 5, 2017, and June 12, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is stricken from the general calendar and the appeals calendar, appellant's brief shall be returned to appellant's counsel, and the record shall be remitted to the City Court for settlement of the aforesaid transcripts; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied as academic.
