Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Lynbrook, Nassau County, rendered September 25, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is remitted to the Justice Court of the Village of Lynbrook , Nassau County (McLaughlin, J.) for a hearing to determine if the transcript of the trial proceedings held on September 25, 2018 can be reconstructed. The Justice Court shall file its report with all convenient speed.
