Application by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 1, 2016, to withdraw his motion for leave to file a supplemental brief, which was granted by decision and order on a motion of this Court dated May 18, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 18, 2018, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn.
