An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 9, 2019, which granted petitioner-respondent's petition for a licence to enter respondent-appellant's property for sixty days in order to erect and maintain the necessary protections to respondent's building while petitioner performed certain construction work, And respondent-appellant having moved, pursuant to 5519(c), for a stay of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted.
