An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 10, 2019, And petitioner-appellant having moved for a preliminary appellate injunction, pursuant to CPLR 5518, enjoining respondent-respondent from implementing a provision of an agreement requiring newly hired officers of the New York City Police Department to be automatically enrolled in a certain health insurance plan, and for an expedited hearing of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated July 11, 2019, is vacated.
