ORDERED that the order to show cause of this Court dated February 8, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated May 24, 2016, is amended by deleting from the third sentence of the first paragraph thereof the words "the appellants submitted" and substituting therefor the words "Day Pitney, LLP, the respondent's appellate counsel, submitted."
