Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 21, 2017, to stay enforcement of a determination of a hearing officer of the New York State Education Department concerning the petitioner-respondent dated June 15, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order entered April 21, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the determination of a hearing officer of the New York State Education Department concerning the petitioner-respondent dated June 15, 2019, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
