Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an amended judgment and a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered October 14, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is extended until September 16, 2019, and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
