Motion by the defendant to extend the time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 15, 2018, beyond the 30 days granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 8, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied (see CPL 460.30[1]).
