DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Ransworth Blair, et al., Petitioners-Respondents, v 930-940, LLC, et al., Respondents-Appellants, and New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, Respondent. |
Motion by appellant on appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 4, 2018 and February 21, 2019, respectively, to compel this court's Clerk's office to accept a supplemental brief, and for related relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, as by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 8, 2019, the appeals were dismissed on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the intermediate orders terminated with the entry of a judgment on February 25, 2019, which judgment has been separately appealed under appeal No. 2019-785 K C. The issues sought to be raised on the appeals from the orders may be brought up for review and considered on the appeal from the judgment (see CPLR 5501 [a] [1]).
