ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 15, 2018, is stricken from this court's general calendar and appeals calendar.
The judgment appealed from was entered following the denial of appellant's motion to vacate its default in opposing respondent's prior motion for summary judgment. Inasmuch as the record on appeal, as transmitted to this court, does not include the papers submitted in support of and in opposition to appellant's motion, the appeal must be stricken from this court's general calendar and appeals calendar.
