2019-07667
Marina Fakiris, appellant,
v Petroula Fakiris, respondent.
(Index No. 9839/15)
Motion by Marina Fakiris, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 17, 2019, and to stay enforcement of that order as well as an order of the same court dated February 6, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, or, in the alternative, to confirm that an automatic stay exists as to the order dated June 17, 2019, and to consolidate appeals from the two orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order dated June 17, 2019, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order dated June 17, 2019, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to confirm that an automatic stay exists as to the order dated June 17, 2019, and to consolidate appeals from the two orders are denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
BALKIN, J.P., LEVENTHAL, CONNOLLY and BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ., concur.
