DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Chantia Marshall for an extension of time to take an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 10, 2019, and for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to take the appeal is denied without prejudice to serving and filing a notice of appeal in accordance with CPLR 5513; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel are denied without prejudice to renew the motion after the notice of appeal has been served and filed in accordance with CPLR 5513.
