| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 13, 2019, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 30, 2018, and to modify the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 13, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before September 16, 2019, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment and the decision and order on motion dated May 13, 2019, is amended by deleting the provision thereof directing the appellants to correct the covers of the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court to reflect that the appeal is being prosecuted under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-00812 and remove the notice of appeal from the order entered September 15, 2015, from the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
