Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated January 16, 2019. Cross motion by the appellant, inter alia, to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with each appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the cross motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with each appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with each appeal is extended until August 26, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
