| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Bohyoung Kim for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Kim was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 17, 2007. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 17, 2016, Mr. Kim was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law §§ 90(2) and 468-a, nunc pro tunc to April 15, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, Bohyoung Kim is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Bohyoung Kim to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
