Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 1, 2019, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2019, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the judgment upon the perfection of the appeal on or before May 28, 2019.
