DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Scott Unger from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 23, 2017. By scheduling order of this Court dated June 6, 2019, the appellant was ordered to perfect the appeal within 60 days of the order. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
