| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent pro se on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 4, 2018, to waive certification of the joint record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), to waive certification of the joint record is denied without prejudice to the joint record being certified by the respondent-appellant's counsel; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the time to perfect the appeal is extended until September 18, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
