DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Saadia Aminuddin from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 9, 2018. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated April 26, 2018, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal on or before May 13, 2019. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules and prior scheduling order of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
