Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to serve and file a replacement brief and record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 18, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 30, 2019, the appellant shall be serve and file a replacement record and appellant's brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until September 30, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
