Appeal by Virginia Scott from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 5, 2018.

ORDERED that so much of an order on application of this Court, entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time" dated June 7, 2019, as extended the time to perfect the appeal is recalled and vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 13, 2019.
