Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 18, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the appellants, inter alia, to clarify a temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of this Court dated August 19, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to clarify a temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of this Court dated August 19, 2019, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to clarify a temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of this Court dated August 19, 2019, is denied as academic, and that motion is otherwise denied.
