An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 20, 2019, which, inter alia, granted plaintiff-respondent a preliminary injunction enjoining defendants-appellants from (i) selling any further residential units at the subject premises, and (ii) filing any further amendments, modifications additions or deletions affecting the Declaration of a Condominium, dated January 11, 2013 and recorded on March 19, 2013, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of the aforementioned order pending hearing and determination of the appeal,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the preliminary injunction granted to plaintiff pursuant to CPLR 6301 is stayed.
