(admitted as Leigh Wayne Bernstein) The motion is granted, and respondent Leigh W. Bernstein is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof. Respondent is directed to immediately register with, and pay to, the Office of Court Administration any applicable registration fees owed in compliance with Judiciary Law § 468-a. No opinion. All concur.
